Return Process

  Log into your GridPlus account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Safely place the electronic item in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to prevent restocking fees.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the device for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
